Calvin's therapy

Today Calvin and I worked on facial gazing. In our daily hour of playtime, we worked on looking at me. We started with working on pouring soap into the washing machine. When he looked at me, we would pour more soap and later we would splash each other. We had a tickle play time where I hide from him and chase him, then I tickle him. I would tickle then stop, he would look at me and then I'd start up again. The same when he wanted me to read him the "Jonah" book. He wanted to turn the pages, so I would hold down the page till he looked at me. Then I'd rejoice with him and turn the page. Overall, he learned this fairly quickly. He would get tired from time to time, but overall he would look at me in the face.

Calvin loves grabbing my ears. He also likes to put his nose and mouth on my ears. It gets very old very fast. So, when he would start this up, I would lie still until he stopped. He responded to this fairly quickly as well. It seemed to be a pretty effective day.
